Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy lists everything this website stores in your browser, and the Google Analytics cookies it uses only if you accept them. The MyNutriGym app is covered by the Privacy Policy.
What the website stores to work
These keys sit in your browser's local storage. Each one is stored only once you do what it remembers, and none is ever sent to us. They're needed for what you ask the website to do, so they don't need your consent.
| Key | What it remembers | How long |
|---|---|---|
mng-consent | Your answer to the cookie banner, Accept or Reject, so it doesn't ask again on every page. | Until you clear this site's data in your browser |
mng-theme | The light or dark theme you chose with the theme button. | Until you clear this site's data in your browser |
mng-lang | The language you chose in the language menu, so that mynutrigym.com opens in it next time. | Until you clear this site's data in your browser |
mng-joined | That you joined the waitlist in this browser, and then that you confirmed your email address here, so the page shows that you've joined. Never your email address. | Until you clear this site's data in your browser, or choose "Use a different email" under the waitlist form |
Google Analytics cookies, only with your consent
Nothing from Google loads before you press Accept in the cookie banner. If you do, Google Analytics sets these two cookies on mynutrigym.com, and Google processes what they record only for us, as the Privacy Policy explains.
| Cookie | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
_ga | A random ID that tells your visits apart from other visitors'. | Up to 2 years after your last visit |
_ga_BBEN1NPMM0 | Keeps track of your current visit. | Up to 2 years after your last visit |
Advertising storage and ad personalization are off, so Google Analytics sets no advertising cookie.
Nothing else
The website stores nothing else in your browser. Our host, Cloudflare, Inc., sets no cookie with the settings we use. The website shows no ads and loads no advertising or social-media pixels.
How to change your choice
- Open Cookie settings, also in the footer of every page, and choose Accept or Reject.
- If you choose Reject after Accept, Google Analytics stops on that page and its cookies are deleted.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as Reject: Google Analytics never loads, whatever you answered before.
- Without JavaScript, the banner doesn't show and nothing from Google loads.
- You can also clear this site's data in your browser's settings; the banner then asks again.
